Father cheated by his own son what legal action can we take

Dear Sir, Iam Hindu, I have father, mother two elder brothers and myself youngest.My first elder brother got married and stay supparetly n second eler brother in karnataka and have no contact with us.At that time we were staying rent house.This issue was held before 10 years (2006). We took great effort to buy 15cents of land in my father's name.My father could not arrange my marriage becuse of financial problems. At that my small eldest brother came and settled with us. He was drunked person and would fight with my father every day. Father was facing lot of problems because he growing old(65 years). My small brother was forced my father to transfer the property in his name.to take bank loan and promised that he will arrange marriage n return. But very sad to say, He took loan and spend for his own use, and I and my father became empty hand. He got married and his wife torchering and driving the parents to go the orphanage.

The question is how was the property transferred in favour of the brother! If has not been through a registered deed there could be a remedy. However, no definite suggestion is possible unless the documents and records are perused.
