Father came out from business and not take share.Can he take share now

my father has 1elder brother & 2younger brothers.my father ad his elder brother started business together but partnershipdeed was written inbetween 4brothers.the deed says my fathers elder brother has 40% my father and other two brothers 20?ch..after 1year my dad brougt his youngest brother into business..and 3brothers was doing business.after 10 years due to some disputes my father came out from the business..he didnot took a rupee from that business..now 3rd brother also joined the business and new properties were purchased after my dad left.does my dad have share from that property.
