Father bought property in mother's name how to distribute the property

We have 4 houses say group houses in the name of my mother.Mother wants to give 3 houses to younger brother having 1 daughter only. I have 1 son and 1 daughter. shall i file suit.This is not an ancestral property.father bought in the name of my mother.

Yes, it is possible if you prove that the property was purchased in and out of funds of your father. Court will consider it as a benami transaction. Subsequently you can claim your share and It comes under a equal distribution to your husband and to his brother.
