Father and me bought property jointly, how much share father entitled?

Me and my father purchased a property jointly in Chembur, 10 15 years back. I took home loan of 8 lacs to buy the property. Property at that time was 13 lac rupees. Now we want to liquidate the property, how much share is my father entitled?
As per your query, if there was a mutual agreement between you and your father clearly dividing the shares according to your investment then it will be divided accordingly. If not and if there is a conflict between the joint holders then the property will be divided equally among both the owners.
