Family property in brothers name how can I claim share

livng in joint family 3 brothers i m the one evry property is at my brothers name not mine previously at fathers name who is no more i wnt equal distributn among dt bt dy both dnt wnt dt wnt me to take some cash n leab evrythng torturing my family evryday help me wt should i do if i file a case among dm vl it b a benefit or nt for me help me previously dy promised me to give equal property bt now said no help me anythng legally cud do i m vry tensed plz rply asap
