Dear sir Please find my case short explanation, If More details required , i can give A sold house to B by sale deed This sale deed of home was was executed on 10.09.1986 and registered on 11.09.1986 with no XXXXXX. A Made a resale agreement to aquire house from B. On the same day 10.09.1986 a unregistered resale agreement was made by mentioning the sale deed registered no XXXXXX. Is this Resale agreement is valid or not? Your advice please sir. Regds Ramesh 9003268648
Firstly, you need to check that which sale deed is original. You may File a RTI to extract information regarding the registration of the house, Secondly you may file a criminal complaint against the person who has forged the documents and executed another sale of the property.
