Fake will made and joint property sold by uncle. What to do?

27-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
My uncle forced us to sell a site which was in a joint name of my uncle and my dad. But when we disagreed, he sold the site forging my dad's signature. Can I make criminal proceeding against him? He has made my dad sign a will saying my dad and him have nowhere related and my dad doesn't have a right on his property.

you need to file a complaint with the police under section 420, 468, 471 of the indian penal code against your uncle for forging the will and selling the property. You can file a suit as well for make the sale invalid as the sale has been made on the bases of forgery.

the Transfer of Property Act, every joint or co-owner has a proprietary right of the entire property ...if he did forgery about like that..? youshould file forgery case against him and before that lodged complaint police station..,
