fake general power of attorney paper which is not registered and my uncle has overtaken our property by showing that piece of paper to corportaion in our absence. it does carries my dad sighn & mom thumb on last page though, which my parents aare not aware of. corporation denies to help us saying its us who have authorized them on GPA

for GPA registration is not required as per law, if your father has authorized to your uncle for the purpose mentioned in GPA, if your uncle violated the terms of GPA you may challenge it before court of law otherwise you can not interfere. If signature of your father is false ,you have to file a police complaint urgently.

PLEASE GET IT CHECKED WHERE THE POWER OF ATTORNEY IS REGISTERED AND GET IT CHECKED FROM THE RECORDS OF THE REGISTRATION, WHETHER SUCH A GPA WAS EVER REGISTERED. SECONDLY, GET A FIR LODGED AGAINST THE PERSON WHO HAS PRODUCED SUCH A GPA SO THAT NO TRANSACTION TAKES PLACE OF THE FRAUD GPA.
