External Modification of balcony. Society asking to remove it. Remedy?

I stay in a Society. I have done an external modification in my balcony by extending it by 2.5 feet and covering it. My society office has asked me to remove the modification or else they will resort to disruption of electricity and other supplies to my house. What to do in case the society disconnects our electricity connection? I am allowed to make the external balcony extension done by me.
Exetntion of balcony can only be possible if you obtain approval from the MCD or DDA.
In your case, without sanctioned plan, you may not be able to alter your balcony.
