Extension application is still pending what can we do

land was being illegally possessed and it was issued ad-interim on 6-02-2014 by civil court. The ad-ininterim injunction order is extended date to date. but on applicant gave application for its further extension, the application and indexed,but he did not extended it,on 18-12-2014 judge was also on leave,but applicant came to know that it was not extended. that because the ad-interim injunction order has yet never been exhausted,modified,recalled or setaside. -respondent lawyer has filed an objection 6-c, application for extension is still pending. what should applicant do now
Your question is somewhat unclear. Yet I'll try to answer it. If your application is pending, then very little can be done, except for moving another application for early hearing and having the Suit as well as Interim Application listed on an earlier date. Besides this, no new application on same facts and same prayer can be made as it would be barred by principles of sub-judice.
