Encroachment of ancestral property without partition. What to do?
05-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
My uncle has encroached entire property which is in the name of my grand father and don't want to give my fathers share to me. He is also running school in that property without any consent of myself.please suggest me how can I get my father share? My father is not alive now.
On the basis of the property paper first you transfer your share to your own name.
By filing mutation from concerned block.
If still your uncle not giving your property to you then you can file partition suit.
