Electricity station in residential area can be legally moved out

we have one layout with five register societies and one electric mseb sub station situated in one society which gives supply not only five socities but outside socities also.can we move the same outside of our area legally

The situation of the MSEB sub-station would be as per the Development Plan of that area. The laying of cables would also according to the Plan. The society was aware that such a sub-station would be situated within its compound area. Therefore it would not lie with the society now to take a stand to move the same outside the area. The area will have to be cordoned off and separate entry provided to MSEB Personnel. However, in the event of an application being made to a court of law, the society would have to bear the cost of moving the sub-station to an alternative site which will be required to be identified.
