Elder brother forcing me to sell the home what can I do

My father doesn't have good relationship with my mother and my elder brother is in my father's business. My father has taken some loan against property for business purpose and they are using this loan to make Fixed deposit for my elder brother and showing us as their loan burden. My father doesn't have any problem with me but my elder brother is forcing him to sell the home and pay off their business debt and doesn't want to give anything to me and my mother. My elder brother is torturing a lot to my father and mother. He is terrible and intolerable. Kindly suggest.
