Duplicate tax bill in case of property tax

While I (Hindu) went to make the payment of my property tax at Kolkata municipality office, I have came to know that the tax is already paid by generating duplicate tax bill. Now how can I know, who is the person, who paid the tax on behalf of us ?
SEEK INFORMATION UNDER RTI FROM THE CORPORATION OFFICE , MODE OF PAYMENT AND IF THE SAME IS PAID APART FROM YOUR END IN THAT CASE PLEASE TAKE A COPY OF THE RECEIPT OF PAYMENT AND KEEP IT WITH YOU AND CHECK OUT WHETHER THE COMMUNICATION ADDRESS IS CORRECT OR NOT.
