DRT order not being followed by DC what to do

I have purchased a land from the State Bank of India,Guwahati through DRT,Guwahati.All legal papers were given to me by SBI and DRT had ordered the Deputy Comissioner,Guwahati to hand me over the physical possession of the land but the DC,Guwahati is not following the DRT,order and is delaying to implement the order.It has been years now.What should I do?I also have civil court order that the property is rightfully mine and that the DC is directed to hand over the possession of the land to me.Please help!
It was the duty of the authorised officer to deliver the possession of the property when the sale became complete. It was also the duty of the Bank to make application before DM for taking physical possession of the property before putting the same auction for sale. However, it appears from your question that DRT has asked the DM to take steps for taking possession. If the DM is not paying any heed to the same you can file a writ petition before High Court making DM, Bank, Authorised Officer party.
