Does my mother have rights to make unequal divisions in property

we are 2 brothers, after our father death, the owner ship of all the property is now with our mother. located at , ghaziabad, Ajmer and jamnagar (3 states) will i have a share in the property ? does my mother have rights to make unequal divisions? can challenge any unequal divisions of the same?
was this your fathers self acquired property or ancestral property. the property is in name of your mother now. if your mother is the sole owner of the property then during her lifetime she can give the share as she wants to through a will or transfer of property. in case she dies intestate then the property shall be distributed equally among both the brothers according to the HIndu succession act
