does my aunty have rights to ask for the dhana pathra given property

Hi, My grandfather deceased now. He have 1 son(My father) and 1 daughter. My Father have 1 son and 1 daughter(myself). My brother got the property from my grandfather without any settlement to my aunty. Ancestor given this property to my grand father and My grand father given this property to my brother as dhana pathira. Please clear me that my aunty have rights to ask for the dhana pathra given property as this received from the ancestor.
Since you say your grandfather died now that is after 2005 and ancestral property, then he amendment to the Hindu Succession Act will apply and your aunt will have an equal share to the property as that of your father and can claim her share by law.
