Does married daughter have share in father's self acquired property ?

Sir I want to know about can a married daughter having same share on her father own acquired property whether her father died on 2004

Daughters have equal share in the ancestral property of her father as per Hindu succession act. If denied can file suit for partition. Kindly write in detail about the property. here is a provision under amended act 2005 that a daughter can claim her rights in father and fathers ancestral property. And father is bound to give the share and after fatter death other family person are bound

If there is no will left by your father, then the daughter has a right on the property, unless you prove that she has been given enough during marriage. As and when the property is sold or partitioned, she will have a right
