Mere ek Dost ko Loan chahie or oh guarrenty ke tor pe Ek blank Stamp paper me eh likhke Sign karneko ready he ki Agar oh Sahi time pe Loan na chuka paye to oh Property mera hojaega,Me eh puchhna chahata hun ki kya Eh possible he? I mean me Stamp paper pe eh likhake uska Signeture lelun ki Agar oh Sahi time pe Loan na chuka paye to oh Property mera hojaega to kya esa possible he?
Stamp paper pe karna to valid hai but aapka matter property ke upar a raha hai so aap stamp paper leke usme court fee lagake uske agreement jaisa kijiye both party subregister ke samne jake ye sab kam kijiye.sub register ka stamp lagna chaiye.
