Does grand son have right in grandfather's property after his death ?

Hello, I am a sikh boy 30 years old getting divorced in june with no baby Live in a joint family shared by a joint home property.my grandfather & grandmother passed away & did not leave any will.My father is alive & have 3 more brothers no sisters.My mom passed away 3years back my father who is 62year old alcholic person with so manny loans & bad status in family & business got marry to a divorced girl two month back she is jst 26year old with a baby.now I lived in my grandfather house all alone in my portion hold with door keys with me.my father is living with another women in his house in different area.now he is trying to sell property which is on my grand father name who died without leaving any will.other 3brothers are also willing to sell property they are trying to get motation done on there name.Do I have any legal rights in said property or I can stop them legally getting a stay in property or patition deed. I have two elder sisters also they both are married and in my favor.

Hey, If a will is not made then the rule of law comes to law of inheritence.
As your grandmother is also no more , your father has a right over the said property.
You may take legal actions.
