Hi, if the property is ancestral property then you don't have right over the property.
2. If the property is self acquired property of your father then you have right over the property.
3. if the property is self acquired property of your father then you can file a suit for partition for your share in the property.

Dear Sir/Madam, you are having rights over the said property by birth as legal heirs of your father. You can issued a legal notice for partition and thereafter you have to fie civil suit for partition before the jurisdictional civil court against your mother and brothers who are enjoyed and transferred the property on thier names without giving your respective share.
