Hello! Can I ask the buyer to share his original sales deed with the developer? Seller is saying that if he shares the sales deed, it'll reveal the price at which he purchased the apartment and will lose his bargaining edge. Kindly advice.
Yes, you can ask, they will not give you normally, why he is saying reveal the price, whenever purcher agreed and get the property at the time they will give you all original pertaining to your property. Consult more and get advice.
