doctor having doubtful licence how can i enquire about it

i filed a case on my neighbour about an encroachment made by him on my site.he is a homeo doctor practising at his home.in that plaint we mentioned it as his address and adressed him as homeo doctor. in written statement that doctor replied that all allegations are false and demanded me to provide proofs for the allegations made by me, including his clinic and doctor designation.previously on his name board it is written as Dr.XX , X clinic.i have that photo .now he removed Dr before his name.on my enquiry i came to know that he is having licence for homeo medicines dispencery.i also have a photograph of his bike number plate on which there is doctors + symbol in red.there are no prescriptions available written by him.he just chekup patient and gives some medicine.after the case he stopped practising also..all these evidences are enough to proove him as a doctor as kept in my plaint.if at all can i ask court to make an enquiry over that

Hi, In court, You may file objection on his written statement, asking to quash. Secondly, you can file police complaint to make an inquiry on his doctor registration. I can only suggest best legal option, only after seeing the relevant documents.

sir, you stated that you have filed a case against your neighbour encroachment made by him on your site. your case is concern to encroachment only. you have to establish only encroachment. if your case has been filed for title and delivery of possession on the encroached portion, you have to establish title and encroachment. you can ask him evidence which was existing at the time of suit filed with one or two oral witnesses supporting your contents in the plaint.
