Do sisters have right over grandfathers property

19-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
My mother got 25 cents land from her Grand mother (father's mother) as Ishtadhaanam. And the land deed also executed. My mother has two sisters (married)and a brother (unmarried). And Grand mother, father and the brother died. At the time of partition, the other sisters also asking the equivalent land for the Ishtadhaanma given to my mother. Do they have right for that one?

They have no right over your mothers property which she got as gift deed. Their claim is not legally sustainable. Even though they can challenge the gift deed and file suit ,but legally it is not sustainable in the eye of law.
