if the property is acquired by your father then it is his self-acquired property and during his lifetime if he bequeaths this property to either of his children by a executing a WILL, then the other children cannot dispute this bequest. On the other hand if he were to die intestate (without a WILL) then in such a event all his legal heirs including his wife and 3 children, you included will get equal share 1/4th Share in the said property.

Hi sir/madam, father's property it amounts to self acquired property, if yes, you have no legal right on the self acquired property, but after his demise without made any such deeds i.e., WILL, or transferred the property to the third parties, you have legal right over the said property as legal heirs of your father. If your father got the property from his fore parents (father/mother) it amounts to ancestral property of yours, you have legal right to get the shares on the said property during his alive by filing a civil suit for partition before the jurisdictional civil court.

Yes as per Hindu law of inheritance even you are a legal heir to your father's self acquired property. And in event he dies intestate then you will inherit equal share in the property as your brother and other sister.
