Division done 70 year ago can we file for partition again

Mere khandan me aaj tak kae pariwar hai aur maukhik batware ke aadhar par sabka batwara aaj se 70 sal pahle ho chuka hai, jisme kisi ko zyada to kisi ko kam share diya gya tha. Kya aaj jo us waqt kam share paya, wo batware ka kes kar saqta hai ki nhi
Oral partition is held valid in some cases and not valid in some other cases. If there is documentary evidence in support of such partition then such partition will be held valid. If there is no documentary evidence in support of the partition done 70 years ago then you can file a partition suit in the court and get the property divided equally among the legal heir.
