Dividing property between brothers

My father running a business and My brother also doing the same with my father. I am staying out of family doing Pvt.Job. My brother spent more money and lot of amount to be pay to others.Now in separation of property my brother asking to pay the same from common property. How can I pay to that from my portion. Please clarify the same

--If your brother had made debts, it is his problem and your family is not responsible. You will get your share in the family partition.
