Distribution of property when father has left a will

14-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi, My Father has registered a 'Will' on the property which he has earned and owns'. He has a wife, 3 sons and 1 daughter. Currently 2nd son's family is staying with Father and mother in the same property. 1st son and me (3rd son) are staying outside with our families. My father has written the 'Will' such as, after his death, all my sons should equally share the property. They can rent it out, mortgage or sell. If sold, divide the money equally. This was written in the year 2013. > What if all the sons have different opinions and doesn't have a common interest when the will executes?

In case all the three brothers have difference in opinion then you can file a probate of the will and distribute the property equally according to the will and each brother can take his part in the property and can do whatever he wish to with the property.
