Distribution of property in case of no Class I heirs

30-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My uncle died enestate - without making will and there is no Class I heirs. There are four brothers andtwo sisters, out of which one brother and one sister are no more and both of them had two sons and two daughter each. The question is in which proportion the current and non current assets will be distributed 1/6 ( 4 brothers + 2 sisters) and sons and daughters will get 1/4 share of above 1/6 OR each will get equal share 1/12( 3 brothers + 1 sister + 4 (two sons and two daughter of deceased brother) + 4 (two sons and two daughter of deceased sister )
