Your grand mother can settle her share of 200 Sq.ft. at her wish. It need not be brought to your knowledge. However if there is only life interest in the 200 Sq.ft., retained by your grand mother she can not settle her share without your knowledge. Only your grand mother can cancel the said settlement.

You have not cleared whether both wives were legally wedded wives. I mean if had given divorced the first wife or married after the death of the first wife or both wives leaving . Who was the first wife and who was second . Unless the fact is disclosed the answer to ur querry is difficult.

Hi
Your father's property after his untimely demise will devolve on your mother, yourself and your 4 sisters.
all of the legal heirs of your father ( your mother, yourself and 4 sisters) will be eligible for equal share of the property.
i am assuming your father did not leave any will .
if you want to transfer your property to your mother's name, you will need to get your sister's to agree and sign the property documents at registrar office.

yes, your mother can get that property on her name by filing the case in the court for declaration of legal heir certificate which are not transferred on her name. it is only way to get on your mothers name.
