In Hindu law, if the father died intestate, the share will be equally bequeathed among the legal heirs including your mother and sister. If your sister is not interested she can leave the share by giving no objection to partition.

my dear friend , Under Hindu Succession Act, 1956, the properties of a Hindu male dying intestate devolves, in the first instance, equally on his sons, daughters, widow and mother and include the specified heirs of predeceased sons or daughters. The widow of the deceased is entitled to inherit equally with sons and daughters.

now if your sisters are don't want their share then they can give you relinquishment deed after this you brothers and your mother can take own share (equal ) by family settlement deed .

It depends upon so many things. Please meet personally. My father passed away in March this year we r three brothers and a sister mother alive. What are the procedure to distribute father 's property no will is made. Hindu family . sister is not interested in property
