Dispute pertaining to paternal property after the demise of father wil

11-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
We have our paternal house in Bagmari, Kolkata. The house was purchased by my father in the name of my mother in the year 1956. My father died in June, 1994. Thereafter my sisters especially my second sister & her husband regularly created disturbance in our family with a motto to occupy the house, taking the advantage of the age of my mother. They forced us to leave the house and occupied it. While leaving, we kept all my belongings & the belongings brought by my wife during her marriage in the first floor of the house under lock & ke. How can we get back the property & goods.

1. Nothing to worry. Since your mother is the owner of this house she can bring litigation in court or in senior citizens tribunal wherein necessary order of reentry can be passed.
2. Another option is to enter into the house and if your sister resists seek police protection. If police refuses to render necessary help you can file case before high court at Calcutta where the court would direct police to get you into the house.
Feel free to contact if you need my assistance.

First time you tell me that is your mother live with you or not?
If yes then you can make a will by her for distributed your mother's property. If will make by your mother then you can get this property in future. You can get this property without making a will.It is your right. But your sister also get share of this property.
You can get back your goods any time. If your Sister create disturbance then you may lodge FIR or other civil suit.
