I personally talked to my uncle 2 yrs before and told him that i dont want it,I dont want dispute...but all went in vain. My father really want this property..as he need it but he don't want to file case as it take lots of time and money. Plz help..

As per your details it is very clear that your uncle's are not in your favour . But in the above mentioned your father is one of the legal heirs of your grand parents and he is the co-sharers of the above mentioned property.
Then there is a way for your father without fighting and filling a partition suit against your uncles. Just draft a deed of relinquishment and register in the office of registrar. It is legal documents and without any objection.

Madam,
You or your father do not want to go to court what else is the way to solve the problem. Either the problem could be solved by way of mutual settlement or by the way of court. Your father has a right in the property. He must go to court to claim his share in the property.

Ancestral property in Village cannot be taken away from you. You can go there and take possession of your share of property, or sell it or use it in any way you like. If they create problems you can obtain court order against your uncles retraining them from interfering in your affairs.
