60 years back 6 ppl took a land and made 8 partition. One sold, out of the remaining each individual took one plot. In the registered document deed the common land will be shared 1/6th by each with common boundaries. Now there is a dispute amoung the owners. Can someone help?

Hi,
If the registered document mentions the proportion of common land ( a common land is like undivided share of land) and common boundries) then easementry rights will apply. Under easementry everyone can use and enjoy common land but no one can claim individual ownership. Hope this helps
