Disposed off case. I feel clueless. How to proceed ?

29-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
My case has been disposed off by high court. I have filed a petition for stay on possession warrant of property. The lower court has passed an order for possession warrant without any decree, decision and order. What to do next?

Your facts is not complete to understand your problem on what basis order for possession warrant has been passed and in which proceeding but if hon'ble High court disposed of your case without any relief granted to you then lower court will not entertain your plea at any cost so it is my advise for you that you should file a review petition before hon'ble High court against the earlier order passed by the Hon'ble High court.
So for as the order of possession warrant is concern normally it is passed in the execution proceeding even otherwise also it only can be passed when the question of ownership already has been decided by the civil court otherwise no court can passed the possession warrant and it is very strange to believe that Hon'ble High court has not considered your case. If you are able to share the order passed by Hon'ble High court with me or the case number of the petition which you have filed before Hon'ble High court then I can more help you.
