Different address registered in records how can we change it

i have constructed home on land at jamshedpur jharkhand, but in govt record its mentioned anabad bihar sarkar land and i m residing near about 15 years is it legal what is the next process to register to my name

check the khatyan and see how the Bihar sarkar name is entered ... after going through the documents accordingly you can apply for name change in the documents
