We purchased a 2BHK flat in 2012.In sale agreement it is mentioned the total sale consideration includes construction of flat, common facilities,KEB/BWSSB deposits,VAT and service taxes. The sale agreement was made on 6.04.2012.Registration was done on 05.07.2012.But the absolute sale deed does not speak about the KEB/BWSSB deposits,VAT and service taxes. We were not given any copy of the payment of the deposit of BWSSB.Pl/ inform me the sale agreement is still valid.BWSSB wants reference for verification.

Dear Sir/Madam, when you purchased through absolute sale deed, the sale agreement is not valid, but it is used as one of the supported concerned and related document only. You have to ask your vendor in this regard as well as BWSSB and etc.,.
