Did love marriage. Can father remove my right from ancestral property?

My father is a by birth and owned ancestral Propertyand land in Lucknow India, he have two children one me and my Sister. And I have done my love marriage, after that and my father want to separate me from my ancestral land please tell me how we get my wright in my ancestral agricultural land in.

Your father can not extinguish your right in ancestral property as he can do so only in case of his acquired property..you need to collect all the details of the concerned properties and then file a suit for claiming your share..though it will take time but your prayer will be granted..

You would need to file for a suit claiming your share in the ancestral property. For this you would need to contact a local lawyer and discuss the entire details of the property along with documents of the property for which the right is being claimed.

yadi ancestral Property land joti boyi jaatee hai yani vo agricultural land hai to aapka huk aapke father kee iccha per depend karega ki vo aapko usme hissa de ya na de aur yadi wo ancestral Property house hai to aapka huk khada hai aur aap usko paane ke liye court ja sakte hain .
