Got married in 1996 and have got one son 16 years old wife is college lecturer behaving very abnormally after marriage with full backing of her family has completely poisioned my son's mind we both living separately for 12 years purchased a separate flat out of HBA from my company not only she is taking advantage of pro women laws but now has grabbed my flat subjecting me to mental cruelty mother residing with her me living in a Co.owned flat with my old dad aged 90 years paying huge HRA and superannuating in 2018 have no place to live after retirement seeking best legal advice from experts

Not sure whether you have filed any divorce case or not.
in the absence of divorce suit, you can claim that you are separated from your wife for last 12 years and she has entered forcibly in to your property and has taken possession.
If the divorce case is pending in the court, you can ask the other party to vacate the property in the divorce suit itself.
