Demolition order by Muncipal Corporation for roadside restaurant
02-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
We used to run a restaurant in 1970s which was demolished for road extension and we were offered a shop for the payment of some amount that time which my dad declined to pay and started the restaurant along side the new road. Since then he got the shop act license, electric and water connections, fire brigade license and all papers except land papers. Now muncipal corporation has served notice to demolish it within 30 days. Is there any way we can stop the demolition?
u have immediately file civil suit
for declaration, permanent injunction and setting aside the order oF municipal corporation.
and alternative for grant of stay.
