Daughter's share in property after supreme court order.

There is an agricultural land inherited. My sister claiming right in it. we are two brothers and one sister. Property is given to a person on theka to work for an year but no documents are there for it. Now person who took theka i not giving my half share. He gave my bother and sister 2 shares by dividing it into three parts as he was bribed by my brother. By sister has her name in property patta by panchayat. 1. How can I take stay order for that person to not work on property ? 2. How can I get my equal share in theka rent ? 3. How can I get property divided in two equal shares ?

IT is easy to take stay order against the person having theka. for this you can file a civil suit or a revenue case. Even criminal case filing also possible. You want one half share in property. It is not easy task. Your sister has right and the latest supreme court judgment is in no way. However there are some grounds where you can get half share.
