13-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
My mom is continuously staying with her mother since 2004 and look after her because her mother was so sick and nobody can lookafter her. They are three sisters and one brother. Now my mom's mother expired on 26 feb 2017 and now my mom's brother wants her to go out from father's house. The maternal aunt and her daughter in law trying to take over whole property. Is there not any right of my mom in her father's property as she gave her whole life to her mother in doing seva as her mother was bedridden and now my mother is senior citizen too. The two sisters are supporting to my mom.

As per Law and Supreme Courts Judgement your mother has right to get her share in the ancestral property of your father and if there is any Will by your her father or her mother in favour of your mother then she can also seek her share in her father's self aquired property.
