DAUGHTERS RIGHT IN PROPERTY PURCHASED BY HER FATHER

THE FOLLOWING BRIEF INFO IS AVAILABLE. RELIGI LIVING ENTITIES ARE MOTHER , 3 BROTHERS, 6 SISTERS.(THE YOUNGEST SISTER NEEDS LEGAL OPENION. THE DAUGHTER SEEKING OPINION BORN AFTER 3 MONTHS OF HER FATHERS DEATH, DOB IS 04 OCT 1972. THERE IS ONLY VERBAL PARTITION OF PROPERTY AMONG 3 BROTHERS. AS PER SUBMISSION THAT HAPPENED IN 1988. AT THAT TIME SHE WAS 15 YEARS OLD, THERE IS NO REGISTERED PARTITION DEED TILL DATE..IS SHE ENTITILED FOR HER EQUAL SHARE IN THE PROPERTY OF HER FATHER.

As per what is said in this post, the property was purchased by father and a daughter was born three months after his death. And also that there has been no partition arrangement registered among the brothers but they have made oral arrangement. Well, she sure has right.

However you have no share in the joint business of your brothers.if you are not getting your due share in the property, you can file a suit for partition to lay your claim. She is entitled to her share
