Daughter's right in Gifted Property to their Father

Does Daughter have rights in the Gifted Property to their father.After My fathers when he was live he transferred all his property on the name of my brother without my notification . Now my brother is not present he has passed away in 2000. Can I claim my share from his window wife and his two children.
You do not have any right to the property gifted by your father to your brother who too has expired and which now devolved upon his widow and children. The moment your father gifted the property to your brother it became his absolute property which even your father could not get back from him.
