Daughter's asking for share in property gifted to me by my in laws

My Aunty (my wife mother) Purchased the Site in 1998 from some GPA holder, in 2008 Jun I paid amount get gift deed from her in 2008 i completed house construction with Municipal approval and got loan from bank and join the house in 2009, still loan going on, today i have received suit from court to attend the court on 16th of this month, the parties names specified in that notice no where in the encumbrance certificate, the First GPA has got the propety from his uncle, now their daughters has filed the suit
We will have to examine the papers and ascertain whether the gift deed was registered. Further, we will have to examine the entire suit papers and examine on what grounds they have filed suit.
