Hi
When did your grand father pass away?
Even assuming that he passed away in the year 2005, then the WILL cannot be questioned now.
If at all the Will was questioned/challenged, it should have been challenged in the year 2008(law of limitation of 3 years / 3 years after daughter completing 18 years) which ever is later.
So the question of challenging the Will does not arise now.
Hopefully the WILL was probated in the court. Even if the WILL was not probated, if the properties were mutated in the name of your father and his brother in accordance to their respective shares as stated in the WILL that is sufficient. NO Worries.
Hope this helps

HI,
your aunts will get nothing in your father's property.
your grand fathers will protect your fathers interest as it is self acquired property of your grand father.
if you have the will you protect the copy of that will. which will help you in future if your aunts file any case
against you.
if you want you can transfer the property in your name by filing legal heir certificate in the concern office and you can
sold the property as you like.
