Daughter in law trying to acquire land of given to daughter by parents

The case is filed before the court of SDM. That the respondent is a daughter (unmarried age-37 yrs)and only sibling of a tribal mother and brahmin father. both mother and father are not alive.A property of tribal land is owned for the mother by her father, registered on 1980. now the question has been raised by the daughter in law of one of the sibling of the first owner,since the respondent is a daughter of a Brahmin father, and so the respondent has deceptively acquired the piece of land. Father of the respondent died of tuberculosis after suffering for a long time,mother also suffered with paralysis for more than 20 years and died of cardiac attack. This is the only property that has been left by the illiterate and innocent parents of the respondent, she also doesn't have any source of income,the only property on which she is fully depending for her livelihood. First of all the tribal land has to sold to tribal only and if it is sold to other caste then the permission of the collector is required. In your case what does the land record says in whose name it is? After knowing this only a proper answer can be given.

your query is itself incomprehensible..a member of hindu or a tribal community is entitled to succession rights as per hindu succession act and the property of a father or mother devolves upon the class on eheirs the son or daughter of the tribal or hindu...
