Customer directly communicated owner after dealing with me

I am working as a real estate agent in hyderabad, one client called me from Bangkok for a flat for rent and she has her mother to see the property, her mother has visited the property and updated her the same as she likes the flat, once my client discussed with her mother regarding that she sent me message in whats app and started negotiation, finally i agreed for 50% brokerage on rental value, i have all these messages in whats app, but the next day she got owner number in online and contacted him directly and closed the deal without intimating me, can i approach legally.

Yes. you can approach the issue legally.
Since you are in to real estate business and the client has contacted you initially and thereafter you had made all out efforts to find a suitable accommodation for her and finally succeeded in the same, you are eligible to claim your fees. (forget the discount in brokerage offered).
No agreement is required. Your whatsapp messages and mobile call history are sufficient evidences to claim from her legally.
