Cousins occupied our house what legal action can we take

Dear Sir We used to have 3 small equal homes (3 cousins) for of my daddy's cousins. Ours is the center one. Since we are not staying in village the right hand side home which belongs to my cousin they have illegally borrowed more space and built a house and sold it off. Now the remaining portion which belongs to us are left with only little space to walk in and out. We are left out with no equal space. Also we have one small house area documents. Is there a solution where we can fight for equal space? Would really appreciate your kind advice and help for the same. Thanking you
You shall have to file a suit seeking declaration and shall have to pray for interim injunction.
You shall have to produce all the documents on record indicating the ownership and the share in the property.
