Corporation tax in name of brother how can we claim share property

07-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
Aftet the demise of my father in 2003, my brothet had taken my signature for transferring the corporation tax of my fathet"s house in his own name .I felt that it is necessaary as the tax needs to be paid in the absence of my father. The corporation bills are coming in the name of my brother. Does this mean that my brother had acquired the full right on my father house ? Can I and my sister claim our right of on that property? I would like to mention here that Both of us are married. Please let me know how we can claim that property.

Your brother cannot claim the entire property. You can claim share in the property of your father. You will be required file a partition suit in the civil court having jurisdiction of the property. The property will be divided equally among all the legal heir of the property.
